Hammerite High Gloss Lacquer SPRAY is a decorative, high gloss metal lacquer with rust inhibiting effect suitable for all types of metal indoors and outdoors such as doors, garage doors, fencing and garden furniture. The product can be applied directly over rust without using a primer or primer, stops the rust process and gives up to 8 years of protection. Hammerite High Gloss Lacquer SPRAY can be applied directly to ferrous metals, if you have heavily pitted rust spots then for even more durable rust protection you can first pre-treat with Hammerite Nr. 1 Anitroest Primer. For non-ferrous metals (zinc, aluminium, galvanized metal, ...) it is best to pre-treat first with Hammerite Non Ferro Metaal Primer.
