Hammerite Radiator lak - Radiator Laquer

Description

Hammerite radiator lacquer is a hard-wearing and heat-resistant metal lacquer specially designed for use on indoor radiators and heat pipes. The paint has a low odour and does not yellow over time.

For best results, first remove loose traces of oxidation or flaking paint with a wire brush or with sandpaper. Other dirt can then be removed with Hammerite Metal Degreaser. The Hammerite radiator paint can be applied directly to ferrous metals, if rust spots are present it is best to first pretreat with Hammerite No. 1 Anitroest Primer. For non-ferrous metals (zinc, aluminium, galvanised metal, ...) first pretreat with Hammerite Non Ferrous Metal Primer.

Note: Before applying the lacquer, the surface to be treated must be cooled down completely.
