Shipping methods

How will my order be delivered?

We offer the following shipping methods:

Home delivery

  • delivery in a Bpost or PostNL pick-up point or parcel machine 🌱
  • Bpost or PostNL home delivery
Occasionally, we ship larger orders with GLS or Transforce. However, you cannot select these options at the checkout yourself. 

Free shipping on orders over € 75
Ordered before 4 pm? Shipped the same day!

If you order for € 75 or more (VAT included), we will ship your order free of charge. 

Orders with a value of less than € 75 will be shipped with a shipping fee of: 

  • € 4,95 for delivery at a Bpost pick-up point or Bpost parcel machine or 
  • € 6,95 for delivery at a PostNL location or at a specific address
(Within the Benelux)

For deliveries to countries outside of the Benelux, please contact us for the free shipping threshold and shipping fees. We do not ship to the UK.

If you order before 4 pm on a working day, we'll try our very best to ship your order that very same working day. The only premise is of course: we have to have your product(s) in stock. Don't worry, about 90% of the products that are ordered, can be shipped almost immediately. If the product(s) your ordered is/are out of stock, we order them for you and usually have them back in stock the next working day. 

If you want to be entirely sure as to when we will be able to send your order, you can always contact us. Please note: we can only guarantee when your order will be shipped. The speed of the delivery services is beyond our control. We can only help you follow up on them.

Returning product(s)

Can I return my order?

Of course, we hope the products you received please you, but alas... sometimes things can go wrong and you may want to return your order. Or, maybe you were a little too enthusiastic while ordering and you ordered way too much (non-coloured) paint... That can happen too, of course! But don't be alarmed: you can return certain items within the period of the right of withdrawal. Please have a look at our General terms and conditions for all details.
