Aging stain suitable for aging woods containing tannin.Reactive stain is a reactive aging stain based on natural and reactive colorants. Reactive stain is especially suitable for aging woods containing tannin. After reaction time, the reactive stain should be finished with oil or waterborne finishes. Preparation: Ensure that all old finishes have been completely removed and that the floor is free of dust and other contaminants. Can be used on sanded, planed and brushed wood. Pre-battening the wood reduces the risk of overlaps.Application: Stir and shake well before and during use. Apply Reactive Stain generously in the direction of the wood fibre, then level. Reactive Stain can be applied with a brush or pressure sprayer, then levelled with a brush or mop.Finish: After complete reaction time, smooth the surface with a polishing pad. Afterwards, dust the surface and finish the Reactive Stain with an oil or varnish from the Ciranova® range.
